 You are purchasing a lifetime membership to the program identified on the order form with the content mentioned in the program identified on the order form. You are paying the price identified on the order form for this program, either in full, in three equal installments or in six equal installments.

 What happens after you pay?

When you pay using one of our secure payment processors [Square, Stripe, Paypal, etc.], you’ll receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase and such purchase will reflect on your credit card statement stating the amount paid, the program paid for and the schedule for each module.

Refunds:

The A New You program comes with a 24-hour money back guarantee. This means you must send an email to: nicole@rockingmenopause.com within 24 hours of purchase to request cancellation and refund. If you do not contact us before then and you are paying in installments, your card will be charged for the remaining installments.

All other programs have a no refunds policy.

Refunds will be initiated on the first business day following your request. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your account, as time of processing refunds varies from bank to bank. We ask that you do not initiate a chargeback while you await the credit to be processed by your bank. If you do, we will charge your card for returned payment fees.

Payment Schedule:

If you are paying in full, you will be charged once on the date you initiated the purchase.

If you are paying in three installments, your card will be charged three times beginning today as identified on the order form, then every thirty days thereafter until paid in full.

If you are paying in six installments, your card will be charged six times beginning today as identified on the order form, and then every thirty days thereafter until paid in full.

If you choose to pay using longer installment plans, your card will be charged twelve times from the date you initiated purchase as identified on the order form, and then every thirty days thereafter until paid in full.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge, agree, and authorize us to charge your card on a recurring basis on these dates.
